What we collect

The information you give in our forms: identity, contact details, address of the property, details of the home and, if you ask for car insurance, the documents you upload.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare an insurance proposal and contact you. We do not sell your data.

Who receives it

Our teams and, when needed for your request, partner insurers and platforms (for example April or Mila), and our technical hosting providers.

How long we keep it

For the time needed to handle your request and the legal limits that apply to insurance brokers, then they are deleted or archived.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data and object to its use by writing to contact@cspm.fr. You can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
